The Radiation Therapy Association of New York State (RTANYS) and the New York State Society of Radiologic Sciences (NYSSRS) will host it’s fifth annual dual, in-person conference, November 5th-7th, 2026 in Schenectady, New York. The conference will offer networking, ~10CE, and will include both student and professional tracks. For the second year in a row, the event will take place at the Rivers Casino & Resort at The Landing Hotel.

RTANYS members can save $60 on conference registration by becoming an NYSSRS member

Transportation
The conference will take place at the Rivers Casino & Resort, 1 Rush St, Schenectady, NY 12305. This location is easily accessible by car or train: Amtrak to Schenectady Station (SDY). Amtrak offers a 15% discount to students with ID using the code “V814”.
RTT Student Competitions
The RTANYS Research and Scholarship Committee will host an Essay and Academic Poster competition for RTANYS student members enrolled in a radiation therapy program at the fall conference. 2026 Student Competition details will be available soon on our Conference website.
